PROMETHEUS ANALOG MODULAR SYNTHESIZER AMS-RNG – a compact yet rugged 14 HP Random Noise Generator, add-on module for your synthesizer. It AMS-RNG is a Random Noise Generator and is a great addition to any modular synth project. Designed to generate different types of WHITE NOISE and convert them into random GATE pulses. AMS-RNG creates the classic WHITE NOISE but also LOWPASS White Noise, HIGHPASS White Noise, SCRATCHED HIGPASS White Noise. Each noise has an independent output.. An ingenious internal random system allows you to generate random GATE with adjustable accuracy via rotary switch and also adjust the frequency via a dedicated Knob control. Featuring a 10-pin IDC connector and advanced protections, this module is your ticket to a simplified and efficient setup. Handcrafted with precision and great care at Real Instruments, it is the great solution for your modular synthesizer needs.
Made internally in Real Instruments laboratories with great care and precision. Consisting of precision Noise Generator of the highest quality "selected open collector" system. Two "function" LEDs allow you to constantly monitor the two main voltages: +12 VDC and -12VDC. The 10-pin IDC connector allows you to "cascade" connect many modules up to a maximum of 1500 mA.
